I am often disappointed when I order Shrimp and/or Lobster Bisque, but Copra's chef nailed it - nice roux, lots of butter, and just the right amount of sherry. Best Shrimp Bisque I've ever had! My Meatloaf had a lovely gravy, and accompanying Mac n Cheese was pleasantly crisp on the top and bottom - not what I anticipated, but very good. My husband's entree - the Pizza du Jour - was Steak Pizza (topped with Filet Mignon tips and red onions). A little weird, don't think I would order that again. Love the decor with lots of wood, candles, and stone accents. I felt like I was in NYC, but much more affordable.
