Davenport is one my favorite martini bars in Houston. Then again I have only been to one other martini bar in Houston, and I felt that it was meant for the more upscale types. Davenport definitely feels to cater to the younger trendy yuppy crowd, but there still is a mixed crowd because their drink selection is awesome. They have such an extensive martini list with some of the tastiest martinis I have ever had. It can get crowded because it is such a popular hang out, but try to catch a seat where you can either watch the fireplace or the fish swim... don't be fooled though cause neither are real! In the end, Davenport has me coming back trying to taste all the different kinds of martinis they have... and whew... it's going to take me a long while!
