They hire and then don't train people. Books were bought and asked about the return policy. Was told the end of the month. When tried to return books they said it had changed and was the 24th not the end of the month. Even admitted that they posted the return policy late. Said they would buy it back for half price - then sell for full price again!! Will not visit them again. Cons: Customer Service, return policy, associates more
