This is it!! I have been eating at Brother's since the day they opened. I loved it back then and I love it more now than ever. I have been to many places around colorado and although some are good, they don't come close to brothers. The Ribs peel off the bone. They are soo tender, that you just can't stop eating them. The beef brisket is delicious, especially with a side of coleslaw. The pork shoulder is tender and juicy, and the vinegar sauce just enhances the flavor to the max. Put some coleslaw on top of it and you are in heaven. I always get out of their restaurant with a big smile and a handful of toothpicks!!!
