If you want real sushi, you gotta go to Shiro's. I Love Sushi and Toyoda are both good, but Shiro's takes the cake. It's not overly trendy or kitschy like those "modern-interpretive-sushi-bistros" you will find elsewhere in the city--its authentic "real deal" sushi. To find out what that means, go to Shiro's, ask to sit at the bar and eat whatever is given to you... its all very fresh and good! Its the best in Seattle, the price is worth every penny!
