They built the new El Jarrito shortly after we moved. It seemed like it was always packed and we figured it was just because it was new. We waited, and waited, and it didn't seem to die down, so we ended up going to check it out. We had to wait quite awhile to be seated and it was so loud that I couldn't even have a conversation. The portions were generous, but our service was terrible and I wasn't that impressed with the food. I thought it was kind of bland. I will stick with some of my other favorite Mexican restaurants for now!
