Best carpet cleaning job I've had in 10+ years. Shawn was courteous, very detailed and completely efficient in doing the work. I watched him every step of the way. The carpet looks great. On top of that he did not bore in to try to sell me something I didn't want. And to my liking, I was not surprised when he presented the bill which was exactly as originally quoted
