Within a year after moving into my home ( 1984 ) it became apparent that paint on basement walls had covered up water problems we were not made aware of.
We called Ohio State Waterproofing, within a few days we had a rep come to our home access the problems ,were given a estimate and date work could be started.
The servicemen came with a few days and completed all work efficiency and clean up was amazing.
All these years ,we have had one problem one of our dogs chewed on the cord to the sump pump.
We called a service rep was out the next day and replaced cord.
With the waterproofing we were able to refinished our basement into a lovely rec room and enjoyable laundry room.
My peace of mind knowing I have clean and dry basement walls and sump pump if needed is very comforting , I also appreciate the yearly warranty service and this year spoke with Stacy.
