They are the worst. What they are doing is fraud. I paid for their services for years and when I got into an accident, they made me send it somewhere for an estimate where they give u a smaller estimate than the deductible so they don't have to pay squat. They have a deal with the company where thy will send u. They pay them. They are they worst ever and law enforcement should start looking into it.
