This place is awesome, I've never had a technician explain everything and talk about options for fixing the car. They are courteous and fast! I've dealt with a lot of shady repair shops in Baltimore and need to look no further. Just call and talk to Mike!
Pros: Explanations, speed, they call you and email you, the customer is valued.
Cons: None.

It's a good gas station! I like to clean my windshield when I fill my tank, and I hate when the squeegy they give you is sitting in filthy water. The water here tends to be pretty clean (it's the little things that count). I really like having my oil changed here, also. Reason being, they give you a coupon for a free bagel at Miller's Deli right next door for while you wait. What other place will do this when you get your oil changed?? My only gripe is that the gas prices are usually a few cents higher than average.

We have used Trash B Gone twice, once to remove a 600+ lb boiler than no one else would move for less than $600 and another time on short notice to get rid of a lot of yard debris. They took the boiler away for much less than other places wanted to charge, though I think they would probably charge a higher rate now that they know what's involved. But they were prompt and friendly and easy to work with. They were here the next day after we called them to haul away yard debris and they even swept the little twigs and leaves off the driveway when they were done. VERY friendly fast service with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong.

I went in to get an estimate on a bumper repair. They told me that it would be 1500 dollars to replace my bumper, 800 of which was how much they planned to charge me for paint(including labor). When I asked them if they could replace the bumper without the 800 dollar paint job they told me that they were required to charge me for paint matching etc. and that there was no way they could not paint it or refer me to someone who would replace it without painting it.

I took our mini van in for routine maintenance, and while at the shop, someone struck a fence or some other wooden structure. The owner Mike Alessi is not admitting fault and says it could have been like that when we brought it in, but he saw there was no damage. He parked it across the street and says it could have been struck while parked. We never gave him permission to park it there, and the police determined that there was no way an accident occurred there. So him or one of his employees crashed our van and are covering it up.
Pros: locally owned
Cons: dishonest, irresponsible, lacking virtue and value

This gas station is in a very bad neighborhood. While I was pumping my gas, three people came up to ask me for change and they looked like they were on drugs. I saw a fight right in front of me and heard gunshots twice. I can't really say anything about the gas or the mini-mart on account of I was concentrating on getting away alive.
