My husband and I had rooms booked for an event in Austin. Our event was canceled unexpectedly 2 night prior to our arrival as a result of Hurricane Ike. We were informed that we would be charged anyway due to a 72 hour cancellation policy. If there is any chance your event will be canceled last minute, do not stay here as you will be paying for a room you did not enjoy. more
