Do not do business with this company. They treat their employees horribly. My Sister was a branch manager, and got paid so little, she qualified for welfare! This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. The girl Taryn who works there is half retarded and can't figure out how to subtract 50 from 678 without a calculator. If my teller can't do simple math I don't really want to trust them with my money. Because there staff is incompetent I prefer to deposit money in the ATM because I trust a machine more than their staff. Only problem is they are always out of envelopes so you have to deposit in person. Really? How hard is it to stick some envelopes outside. I am currently searching for a new bank and hope to never have to do business with Wells Fargo again, they go out of their way to rip you off with fees. more

I recently make a big purchase on my check card and the bank charge me fee for overdraft. It was $33 each time and then $5 after that. Then, i call the bank, trying to negotiate with them about that, hopin that they could reduce my fee because they've charge a total of $200 on my bank account. What really bother me is that after i talk to the bank, about two days or so later, i checked my account online at wellsfargo.com and it said that they have put the $200 back in my bank. I was glad that they understand my situation, and i was singing praise about them. Then the next week, that cash was gone. I call again and they said that they don't waive the fee. Then why the hell did they put that money back in my account for? is that suppose to be funny?? I was mad and hurt at the same time. They treated me, a custumer like a child. They can give me back money anytime they please and take it back whenever they wanted to. My advice: sign up for a different bank and remember to ask a more

I joined up with Wells Fargo right when I moved here. They were a pain in the arse from the get-go. I started noticing odd fees on my bank statements, and they were not easy to get reversed. I soon switched banks. Id never go back. more
