I recently make a big purchase on my check card and the bank charge me fee for overdraft. It was $33 each time and then $5 after that. Then, i call the bank, trying to negotiate with them about that, hopin that they could reduce my fee because they've charge a total of $200 on my bank account. What really bother me is that after i talk to the bank, about two days or so later, i checked my account online at wellsfargo.com and it said that they have put the $200 back in my bank. I was glad that they understand my situation, and i was singing praise about them. Then the next week, that cash was gone. I call again and they said that they don't waive the fee. Then why the hell did they put that money back in my account for? is that suppose to be funny?? I was mad and hurt at the same time. They treated me, a custumer like a child. They can give me back money anytime they please and take it back whenever they wanted to. My advice: sign up for a different bank and remember to ask a
