Our family has purchased two Hyundai vehicles from Walser in Brooklyn Park in the last five weeks. We would not have went back if it would not have been for the exceptional service provided by Mark Ruble and Nick Sweeney. They were very helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns. We were treated with the utmost respect even when we may have challenged your policies! Everyone at Walser was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend Walser to others and look forward to working with you all again though it probably will not be within the next five weeks! I think this dealership can pride itself on service, courtesy, professionalism and cleanliness. An extra thank you to Mark and Nick, seriously, for everything you did for us. Best Price Policy is better for the Dealer 12/27/2011

They call them selves best price, and will not budge on price at all. While competitively priced and ""non-commission"", they were definitely ready to write me up to buy a vehicle at every second. Tried to negotiate and the bottom line is that they just wouldn't come down at all in price. So I walked out. Literally the next day, they called me 3 times were like oh, there's a sale on the vehicle you wanted! Oh how convenient! This seems to be how they get around their ""Best Price Policy."" Overall the vehicle I was looking at was a nice vehicle. Customer service was good... ...BUT as for the ""Best Price Policy"", I, for one, am not a fan. I feel it's in the dealers best interest. THE REAL BOTTOM LINE: This is car sales; no price should be final. more

Great buying experience with Troy Howard 10/17/2011

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE from Troy Howard at your Brooklyn Park location on 10/1/2011. I absolutely love the car. It's my 3rd Sonata and I can't see me buying anything else. Troy was awesome to work with. Not pushy at all and genuinuely seemed to care about making sure I got what I wanted on the car and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want. I also love your new sales process ...where I'm no longer taken back into closed door room to deal with the finances. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone and whatever you're paying him, he deserves a raise! I will definitely come back for my next vehicle in the future. Thanks Troy for making my buying experience a great experience! more

Great car-buying experience! 3/12/2011

I contacted Walser Hyundai about a used car over a month ago and corresponded with Amy via email. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to make it in to test drive the car before it sold, but Amy offered me several other options with no pressure. She followed-up with me regularly to see where I was with my search and I finally decided yesterday that I wanted to purchase a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata.\r \r I arrived at the dealership early this morning and met with Amy who let me know immediately that she was swamped and would have one of her team members, Simon, assist me. Simon jumped into the process seamlessly and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle not only because he works for Hyundai, but because he also owns the same vehicle. I knew then that I could trust the young man. \r \r Despite being a busy Saturday morning at this dealership, the team approach they've adopted worked well and as easy as Simon was able to pick us up, Amy was able to do so as well when Simon was occupied with multiple other customers.\r \r The trade in process was fair as was the pricing on the car itself and it was nice to not have to do any haggling. What I saw was what I got. I had expected this to be far more painful! \r \r All in all, the transacton took several hours, but what did I expect on a Saturday morning? Both sales and financing personnel were attentive and helpful. I would recommend Walser to anyone. Thanks to Simon and Amy for helping with my new car purchase! more

Outstanding Service and Wonderful New Car! 2/17/2011

My experience at Walser Hyundai was outstanding! It start from the moment I was greeted online by sale representative Mike Arnold, to the time I drove away in my 2011 Tucson! Mike was great and walked me step by step through the sales process. He got me in the car I really wanted. I have not had this type of experience before and will tell you I am a Walser Lifer – I will recommend Mike Arnold at Walser Hyundai to more family, friends and coworkers! I love my Tucson!!!! A have come to believe the art of customer service is a dying skill – I was supervised and refreshed to find a sales representative how really cared about getting me into the right vehicle that would fit my budget. Mike even called me to follow up and see how the car was driving and to see if I had any questions – this is the place to go to buy your next new or used vehicle, and look for that warm and friendly greeting of Mike Arnold. more

Deceptive Financing/Sales 1/27/2011

I went in to purchase a vehicle knowing my credit score was 719, I had checked it on MYFICO. I asked specifically if they pulled a auto enhanced score as that would be even better, 10 years of perfect payment on auto loans, well I am perfect on everything just have needed to use a lot of credit due to lot's of home improvements. They came back and told me my score was much lower, I called a Toyota dealer and they told me my score was 719....amazing! What you do not know is that these dealers get a spread, the higher interest rate they can throw you into the more comission they get from the bank. They pull 6 credit scores, one from each bureau and one auto enhanced from each. These jerks used the lowest score they could find and tried to scam me with a higher interest rate. Do yourself a favor and go to Toyota City. more

We recently purchased our 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe from Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park after having a terrible experience at Mazda when we were looking for a vehicle. James Berrisford is the sales representative we worked with who listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable of the various models we test drove. We greatly appreciated the assistance of Sean in Parts & Service with the BlueTooth setup. Everyone we dealt with at Walser Hyundai was personable and answered all of our questions. We are VERY HAPPY with our Hyundai Santa Fe. It's a lot of vehicle for the price we paid! Also, our daughter just purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from the same dealership and received $100 referral from Hyundai when we purchased our Santa Fe. We can now proudly say WE ARE A HYUNDAI FAMILY. more

Sonata is the best car I've ever owned 9/9/2010

I was converted to a Hyundai fan from the first time I drove one as a rental car. My 2007 Sonata was my favorite automobile until I replaced it with my 2011 Sonata. They just seem to get better! Simon and the gang from Walser Hyundai made me feel comfortable throughout the stages from test-drive to the moment I drove my new car off the lot. Good service, friendly staff, and a car wash to boot. I’ll be back for my next Hyundai in a few years. more
