I have really dark brown hair, almost black. And I told Sunni I wanted to go blonde. She said if I went full blonde I would probably regret it and to do highlights. I told her I DID NOT want it to look streaky. I showed her other people in visible changes of what I did not want. But what do you know? It is super streaky. I almost started crying at first. So she re-toned it and made my brown a little lighter, but it is still pretty streaky. I just can't wait for my roots to grow out so I can get it again somewhere else!!! Delia receive her customers with a smile. She pays attention to what you really want. Pretty easygoing person with a sweet personality. Vicky gave my brother a great haircut! 12/22/2009

My brother always goes to Great Clips and gets a standard haircut (that I hate :) ). I convinced him to go to Visible Changes and he got a great haircut from Vicky Rodriguez! She gave him a modern and trendy haircut that fit his style in record time. She also recommended some great products to help his oily hair that he's going to try out. EXCELLENT PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE, 12/1/2009

I just really have to say, that for about 7 yrs, I've been searching for the right color stylist & hair stylist. I started getting highlights in my hair abuout 7 yrs ago. I even would travel to Mexico(cheaper, $50.00, color & cut). But then my aunt, told me about Visible Changes. I was hooked ever since, its been about a year now. I also was told by a co-worker about Tyla & Brenna. You know sometimes when you go to a salon, & the stylist's do your hair the way they want. Well not these two professionals. I WILL NOT CHANGE THEM FOR THE WORLD. Pros: Tyla Searless, master chemical specialist, Brenna Clanton, M Cons: I can't seem to get my hair done enough. more

Vicky Rodriguez is an excellent hair stylist. I love short hair. My hair is fine and the days following a hair cut will show the real work of the stylist. As my hair grows out it is easy to see what great work she does. The day I leave the salon my hair looks great and the day I return the evidence of her good work shows. My hair cuts with Vicky have consistently been execellent. She communicates well, is alwasy prompt, geniune and has a good sense of humor. Great Haircut 10/13/2009

I have 3 daughters so I'm always looking for a reasonable but high quality haircut for my girls. After too many botched cuts, we went to Visible Changes. Jillianne cut all 3 of my daughters hair (ages 10, 12 and 20) and they all loved it. She listened to their requirements (and they are picky). They've all been pleased. Several visits later, I took the plunge and had her cut my hair this week. Jillianne gave me a great new style! I'm never going back to the high priced salon. I got a quality haircut for a value added price. And she's really nice too! Pros: Jillianne is Awesome! more

Brenna Always Does A Great Job!!! 9/30/2009

Brenna, at Visible Changes in Barton Creek Mall, has been cutting my hair for the past year and a half. She has always done a great job with my hair and made my time in the chair relaxed and enjoyable! Ever since my first visit to the shop, when I told Brenna that I suffered from both Panic & Anxiety Attacks, she has gone out of her way to make sure that I'm okay and has treated me like family. If you need a trim, or a completely new style, go see one of the Best that Austin has to offer! Thanks for everything Brenna and keep up the good work!!! I came in for a walk-in appointment one day a while back and Brenna cut my hair. I have been going to her for my haircuts ever since. I moved to Austin for college and had some different people cut my hair, but was always unsatisfied, until I found Brenna. She's an excellent stylist and is fun to talk to. Highly recommended. more
