Visible Changes

Frankie is my stylist. He has always does a great job on my hair. He gives me good advice also on what I can do to change it up . I've been thinking about cutting it short again and he gave me tips on what would go best with my facial structure. more

As a 15 year customer of Visible Changes at Highland Mall, I?ve been impressed with a number of stylists, colorists, and shampoo assistants over the years. JulieAnn is an unbelievably great colorist. She?s helped me to achieve many colors over the years and each one perfectly complimented my current hairstyle. She definitely knows the chemicals and she knows style. Betty and Amber are both great stylists. Betty is fast, while Amber is detailed. I?ve loved the styles they have given me. After I lost my hair during chemo, Amber always managed to give me a great style as my unruly hair was growing out. And then there are the super-sweethearts: 1) Dre? is my favorite receptionist as she is always so nice to me, 2) Eden, who is now a colorist, gave the best head massages I won?t soon forget 3) Matt is simply the most interesting, intelligent, and sweet character I?ve met in a long time?his laughter is contagious and he?s a pretty darn good stylist, too, and 4) Frankie is a great stylist who has a lot of heart. I simply enjoy seeing him each month or so. The super-sweethearts know how to take things to the next level: very caring and genuine. I wish I could adopt them and take them home with me! Additionally, Marco and Vanessa are always very friendly to me, even though I am not technically their customer. Pros: Love the staff (talented and nice) and the seasonal decorations. Cons: The mall blocks off the closest parking lot until 10AM on Saturdays. At busy times, I wish the facility were larger and more services were available, and not necessarily in a mall location. more

Frankie at Visible Changes Highlighland Mall inspires confidence in his clients, enabling them to take risks with their hair and to try different styles, WITHOUT FEAR!! He's very talented and creative in his craft. And although he is not pushy, he is never afraid to take the initiative when you just don't have a clue. I have never maintained a hairstylist-client relationship as long as I have with him. In fact, my husband and kids now get their hair cut by him, too. The entire salon staff is very courteous and professional at al times. more

Before my daughter took me to Frankie, I would have my other daughter trim my hair at home....I had one length. I really wanted something different, but I had the most horrible experiences in other salons. Finally, I trusted my daughters opinion and made an appointment with Frankie...now he's the only person that I allow to even touch my hair! I never enjoyed getting my hair at the salon until I found Frankie. I have naturally curly hair and most salons will try the ""wet cut""...someone please tell me how the hell thats suppose to come out even. After those horrible ""wet cuts"" flat ironing was a nightmare. I would have different lengths all around. Frankie takes his time and does it right. He will wash, condition, dry, flat iron, and then cut...it comes out great every time, whether I decide curly or straight. I've been going to Visible Changes in Highland Mall for almost 4 years. Frankie has been a wonderful find! He always listens to what I want to do, gives me advice for what ideas I may have and shows me how to style my hair in each and every style! I've gone from having super short hair to having shoulder length hair and he's done a wonderful job cutting and styling it at all stages. I bring many friends to see him and they always leave amazed. It is easy to make appointments and not as expensive as other salons. I don't know what I would do without him! You MUST check him out! Vanessa Lara at Visible Changes in Highland Mall is outstanding! I have been going to her for over six years, and she is very creative, skilled, dependable and professional. I receive countless compliments when she does my up-do's and creative hair styling. Additionally, I have found the entire staff to be very friendly, and willing to go ""the extra mile"" for their clientele. Two thumbs up! You won't have a bad hair day if you go to Visible Changes! I have been a customer for about 7 years now and allow no one else to touch my hair but Misty. She has always done an excellent job every time I go. I get great service from her for highlights and Frankie for a hair cut and style. They are the best. I highly recommend them for a great outcome. I have always hated getting my haircut because it's never right! Apparently I don't speak stylist-ease and I always ended up unsatisfied and wondered from stylist to stylist for years. 1.5 years ago I found Alicia at the Highland Mall Visible Changes and she gave me a great cut! It's short, it's sassy and it's perfect for this new mom! She listened to me when I explained what I wanted and explained in stylist terms what I was getting in a way that I could understand. I see her once a month and my hair comes our great every time. She remembers me as a client which always surprises me and more importantly, she remembers my hair! She knows how it curls, where it gets bushy, how I like the back to be shaved and how I like it styled! I highly reccommend her as your next stylist! I can get in and out on my lunch break and still have time to do a little shopping at the mall. She's also got great suggestions if you are looking for a change in your style, cut or styling products. I've taken her reccomendations on styling products several times and have always been happy. 20 years I went to the same girl. Wanted a change, my daughter suggested AMI and I've been going to her ever since -- Ami is personable, polite, real and up to date with the newest color techniques. Great job with the COLOR - she's the bomb and I'm going back regularly now. Britney, precious Britney -- what a knack she has with the scissors and Chi! The do I've got now is SUPER DO! and I've seen a side of myself that I never imagined! NOW I know there's a new me and it happened thru the girls at Visible Changes. What a sweet deal. Reasonably priced, charismatic and very knowledgable with many suggestions for products to use and styles to try. Yes, I'm hooked and have now been a customer for 5 months -- and only gets better. Pros: Very personable, comfortable, Service with smiles and pleasantries Cons: Parking at the Mall stinks but its worth it! more

We love our stylist from this visible changes but the manager Carl is a completely ignorant! He doesn't care about keeping his clients happy and is only worried about making money. I won't be specific but let's just say he has no courtesy toward others and has done everything he can to prevent us from being satisfied clients to this salon. I have even gone to corporate about this issue and I have not heard a response from anyone at the office and obviously this is not a priority to them. I'm very disappointed because I've recommended several people to this salon and have gotten no respect from the person who benefits from it. I love our stylist so much and put all my trust into him but now I have to find someone else at another salon with more class. It's such a shame.
