Valley Ridge Mobile Home Park

I wouldn't recommend anyone come move in here I've been living here for 2 years and this is a ghetto trailer park. There's been fights shootings and lots of break-ins. The employees lie saying this is good community don't believe it. There are lots of stray dogs and cats they always poop in my yard. You can't have any privacy you step outside and you see all these kids up to no good. You barley have a yard the yards are small and crappy. You see kids fighting. You see cops here everyday because of break-ins and espicially november December and January. The cops can't do nothing because it's private property. Management fighting with residents. They brainwash you. Ive seen people not even lasting a month. And they have a pool they only clean once a week and it gets full. People poop and pee in it. The receptionist kids walk around the trailer park. The employees pocket money. Charge u for not cutting your yard. Management Desperate for people to move in they don't even check records or credit. Don't even have a decent playground for kids. I STRONGLY suggest u don't come waste your time in this trashy trailer park more

I have been here for almost a year and really want to leave!!! I do agree on the strays that are running around all the time and at night barking. I just dont feel safe scared some one is going to break in, there are always thugs walking around at night. There was one night that I was coming home and there was a huge fight in the middle of the street I was scared I hade my children with me. When something goes wrong no one comes to fix it. Also there are two trucks that go around towing cars. I understand the cars that are completely on the landscaping should be towed not and inch or two. We woke up on morning and my husbands truck was gone we thought it was stolen because he was not parked incorrectly just a little over the stupid white line that you can not really see and was charged $280 to take it out. I do not let my children play outside unless I am with them I really don't trust the people that live there. There should be some changes for it to be a safer place for working family that are good people. I am currently looking for another place for my family and I, I do not care if I have a broken lease my families well being is worth it. more

I have been here for three years. The same stray dog has been here since I moved in and management has made no effort to have animal control get rid of it or any of the other 30 or more strays that constantly knock over the residents trash. And even though the strays are such a problem and a danger to the community management doesn't allow fences. There are like a million speed bumps in the park that are totally unnecessary. Management seems to pick and choose which rules to enforce ( with whom they choose and when the choose). The teenage kids here constantly tag and spray paint the empty homes and sometimes the occupied ones. They break into empty homes, bust windows and destroy the inside of them which makes the neighborhood look bad. I can't count the times I've seen teenage and sometime even adults that are not from the neighborhood go into empty homes to smoke marijuana. Management is constantly in the residents business. Better management would do this place a lot of good. more

Today, some of the dumbest idiots who live at valley ridge mobile home park on A Street are having a bonfire between the mobile homes. Besides the obvious stupidity, possibility of burning someone's home down, & the current COUNTY FIRE BAN; they are letting their kids: ages 3 to 8 run thru and around the fire. I called the manager. She said go ahead & call the fire or police dept. I told her I don't know their street address cause its dark out & I can't see it. So I described to her which trailer it was. She said she had no idea which one I was talking about. Even though it's the SAME party house every freakin weekend! Typical pile of crap manager. Thanks for nothing. What a hell hole. Not only do I agree with the previous review but I also heard the staff does not care about their residence or their residence husband/wife. One staff member was having an inappropriate relationship with a resident knowing that the resident was married!! No Morals!! more

first day i moved in, they broke into my home. a few days later, my walls were sprayed painted on red. my truck was just a month later broken into. we have spent more on security than on the house payment. i made a horrible mistake buying this home. during the day, when we looked at the house, before buying it, the neighborhood look nice. its at night that all the rats come out. no one is safe here. And the office managment, the worst service i have had ever. they dont care about the community, they dont live here, so why should they care. no matter what kind of deal you might get on a mobile home here, dont get it. you'll be moving into hell. literally! more

From what i was able to see and do, was posible, but the health issues, was unworkable no one was\r seeing eye to eye, one thing is said, something else is done, the end resault was lost accounts, lost\r money, lost time, including travel, made recommendation that were not met, summited invoice, was \r not paid, made arrangement to have a service tech person to make a inservice phone call to correct\r the problem service tech failed to make that call two to hour later, and it was scheduled for earlier,\r another appointment was made, and i was still waiting for payment inwhich i have not recieved. the job\r is incomplete, cat5 was reinstalled, boxes put in, wireless adaptors added on, cables purchased, with\r my funds, reciepts give to manager, never repaid, downloaded driver for xerox pro centre 123, moved\r it to another room, reconfigured, removed all old cat5, the place is presentable, the main gaol was to \r make the office completely wireless, including the printer, there were conflicts to where it was not\r excepting communication between router and pc, static problem, the tech was suppose help me resolved\r that issue, the recommendation was to update the xerox machine to wireless, but there was an issue\r about the color paper, and the cost, the remainder balance owed $70.00, the rest is a lost, your systems\r need cleaning up and backup, and a ups installed, once payment is paid i will complete it and the remainder balance will be $150.00 to complete this job. the place has put me in a hole by not paying\r and makeing me lose an account, because they wanted a cable reinstall in the back room right than\r or i would lose there account, I dropped everything at state farm presentation, tuturing, and i was paid \r up front, and had to repay $367.00, because i briche the contract, a one man business, and got burned\r in debt. from now on money up front, no net 15 or 30 pay on the spot cash. job incomplete now, business\r relationship now over. police report made more
