The large menu features dishes from India and Pakistan, with several tandoor specialties, including marinated lobster and lamb chops. Kadhai gosht, a mildly spiced dish of boneless lamb cooked in an iron wok with tomatoes, onions and garlic, is a house specialty, as is the raan-e-khyber, a whole leg of lamb marinated in almond paste, yogurt and saffron and roasted in the tandoor. There are several vegetarian options, including the tandoor sabzi, which is a combination platter of marinated vegetables that are roasted in the tandoor oven.
