My daughter was young for her grade and small for her age. She heard about tae kwan do and wanted to give it a try. Under the great instruction of John Seay, I was amazed to see her get enthused, get fit, and become a more confident young woman. It changed her entire attitude about herself and her body language became much less diffident and more assured. I worried less about her projecting the profile of a possible victim out there in the world, and she carried this confidence into a variety of areas of school. Thanks to John Seay and his great staff! She is the proud possessor of her belt in tae kwan do, sees herself as a strong athletic person and is giving other sports a try!
