These ""Guys"" are why I like to shop locally and why Austin is known for it's ""mom & pop"" type businesses! They have expanded since I had them provide the travertine & honey onyx mosaic for my master bath. Now they have a much bigger area to display all their choices. \r
\r
(I'll put this near the front) they were cheaper on honey onyx than other tile sellers I called and even cheaper than the one Ebay seller I found!)\r

First of all, John was so helpful, polite and sympathetic with my indecision over granite choices. He set me straight on suggested granite to go with the brick pattern honey onyx I wanted for my back splash. He must have the ""designer"" gene because he could tell which granites were too green, pink, etc. and whether a granite had enough ""contrast"" to go with my tile. He made arrangements for me to get a sample so I could drag it around with me. Their granite examples were nice because they were big squares which you could remove from the wall and hold up against your wood, backsplash, etc. This was easier than using the little chip the granite yards provide. And he has several colors to look at.\r

Then after I had decided on purchasing the tile, Cristian was also polite & helpful writing up my order. You wouldn't think a tile store would need to be worried about customer service BUT they do! He helped me calculate how much I needed and had suggestions for the questionable areas (behind the oven). He was willing to keep the tile at the supplier until I had someone to go get it (it was heavy!). Then he called after I picked it up to make sure everything went well and I got what I ordered.\r
\r
One little snaffoo - when I picked it up at the supplier they were going to load only 40 sheets. Fortunately I had my receipt which showed I paid for 50 sheets. They gave me the additional ones and said they'd work it out with the Tile Guy and I never heard anything more so guess that was just a fluke.\r
