found many expired products, house of Gokul stuffs and all are expired. They have wrost service in austin area so I will never shop therre again

GREAT EXPERIENCE 4/1/2012

I just moved from New York 2 weeks ago and heard alot about Taj Grocery in New York so as soon as i landed in Austin the next day i decided to check out the store and What a great experience i had, awesome store big and great it has all the things that you need at a very low prices. The employers are very friendly. And most of the vegetables are damn cheap and good quality it bits other stores prices. more

Austin's wrost store 8/16/2011

don't shop there 4/29/2010

I bought some ice cream there and didn't pay attention to any expiration date. When I ate it the next day it was bad like it had been sitting in the freezer for a long long time. I took it back to the store with my receipt and they wouldn't exchange it for a fresh one. The icecream cost $8.99 and the person at the owner just didn't care. Said they just don't take back icecream. I told him I was bringing it back because it was bad and just want him to give me a fresh one. He didn't budge. SO I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND HOPE OTHER PEOPLE DON'T EITHER. This store obviously sells expired food items. Cons: sell expired food items more
