She took a $3,000 security deposit, which is 6x more than the proposed monthly rent, refused to supply a lease and could not even provide running water in the coffee shop building. Upon asking for security deposit back, she assumed that it was going towards rent. For an uninhabitable building with no lease!\r \r She refuses to return the security deposit and while court actions are being sought, it is important the public is warned of this woman. It is known in the neighborhood that she is a swindler regarding other landlording she has done. \r \r She currently has someone living in coffee shop.\r \r Demand the security deposit is returned NOW. more

Best wings ever!!!!!!!! Pat's secret recipe kicks all other wings *ss!!! It is sweet and the heat sneaks up on you. Not your average 'buffalo' sauce. Also great on the buffalo chicken cheesesteak (Thanks guys!!!). All the food is awesome. I have never been let down and have eaten just about everything there. I had to move away, but I truly miss Hogans. Great place to hang out with friends. Watch a game. Drink some beer. And best of all- eat!!!\r Miss you guys!! Hope to visit soon,... I'm starving!!! more

Great local dive bar. Food is excellent and you can't beat the dinner specials. Prices are cheap compared to near by stuck up manayunk places. If you're looking for good food, good drinks, friendly bartenders and good all around company, this is your place. Pros: inexpensive, pool, darts, megatouc, service Cons: no late kitchen more
