Jim Coleman was very gracious about showing us everything that he had, and what was available to us as far as pricing. The people he had to install the flooring were great. They were very professional. We had picked one type of flooring but it wasn't available, so Jim showed us another one and I ended up liking the one he showed us much more. It is absolutely gorgeous. The flooring is so quiet in here. I had a friend come over who is building a home, and she said someone else she knows got hardwood flooring done and hers is so noisy whenever you walk around. I am so happy ours is not. The fellows that put in the floor even cleaned it before they left. No garbage or pieces of wood were left around. I've never been as happy with any other company as I was with Sunn Carpets. more

They did the installation of our carpet. They are the people to go to. We are really satisfied with what they did. We shopped around many different places, and ended up coming back to them. Their people are highly trained, and they don't have a high-pressure sales pitch like other companies. more

Sunn Carpets & Interiors were great. They were really flexible in the work they did. Of course there were going to be changes along the way, but they were able to work with us. The subcontractor they worked with, who did the work for us, was wonderful to work with. He left the house very clean, for being as big of a project as it was, we were very impressed how clean it was. He was respectful of us. We have referred them to others who have used them and have been very happy with the results too! more

Jim from Sunn Carpets & Interiors came out and made some recommendations. Initially, we were thinking about doing wood floors but we had a little reservation about that. He made suggestions to use different carpet that was better quality and the padding of this carpet was much better. We had some stairs located in the garage and the carpet kept getting dirty. We decided to install hard rubber for the stairs, and Jim worked with me to make that happen. We had actually gone in to another store to look at the wood flooring and Sunn Carpets & Interiors were next door. We were looking at laminate wood when we got to talking to Jim at Sunn Carpets & Interiors. Then we finally worked through to get what we really wanted! more

Sunn Carpets & Interiors was very attentive. They sent the crew over and they were just as nice as could be! They protected the house from dust while they worked, tore out the tile, put in a fracture seal, which is something I hadn't even heard of that helps the tile from cracking, so they were very knowledgeable. They were very professional too. When we ran into some problems with the grout, the owner of the business and his wife came out and worked on it. We figured out a solution, they brought the crew back out, they worked on it until it was fixed, and now I'm happy. more

Sunn Carpets & Interiors is awesome! I went in and spoke with one of the sales representatives and he was great! I had come in and done research at another place before going to Sunn, and the sales representative knew exactly what to show me and recommend. We re-carpeted the entire upstairs, and the carpet was exactly what we needed. It was rhinoceros carpet, the one that they tested in a rhinoceros cage then cleaned, and that was what we needed because we have dogs and kids. As promised, it has worn beautifully, and you cannot tell where the great dane threw up on it! It is wonderful! It has worn perfectly, and I think it just this yummy, scrunchy thing, and the color is beautiful. It wears like iron! The sales representative recommended the special pads underneath with the moisture control barrier which was impervious to when the dog barfed on it all around. He also recommended a special enzyme-type cleaning product and it worked great, especially that particular time the great dane barfed orange all over the carpet. With the cleaner and the carpet, it all came out. The carpet just is sort of soft and snuggly. It is great under the feet, and it looks beautiful. I thought it was a very good value for the quality of the carpet too. Even though we were willing to pay more for a very durable carpet, we also wanted to keep it at a reasonable level within our budget, and it was a very good value. more

I think the people at Sunn Carpets & Interiors were outstanding. One thing I liked was that we saw the owner Jim actually working for us. It was respectable because he was not just behind closed doors. He was actually helping customers like us. It was really appreciated. I think it's nice that you can get the owner to help, which is unlike at other carpet places. We were renovating our house and the contractor recommended a certain hardwood floor company for our renovations. I went to the hardwood floor company, and decided to go to Sunn Carpets, which was right next door and in the same building. I've been a customer of Sunn Carpets for two years and have used them several times. They have done the bedrooms of my kids, the area in our bedroom, and now he's doing the carpet in our guest bedroom. The products at Sunn Carpets are also priced fairly. I have actually shopped at other places, and the prices varied there. It was an overall great experience with Sunn Carpets. I would highly recommend! more

I recently had a great experience with Sunn Carpets & Interiors. I saw their five star rating on the internet, and decided to give them a call. The owner of the company himself came to take the measurements and make all the arrangements. That's not something you find a lot these days, and I appreciated it. Sunn installed hardwood floors in my home, and they look great. I'm very satisfied with both the quality of the product and the installation. The crew arrived at eight and were done by three, with everything clean and looking good. They have great customer service. more
