One of my favorite places to go during lunch break is Sultan’s Kitchen Express. Yum. They serve Turkish and Middle Eastern food that is freshly made, delicious and very vegetarian friendly. It gets packed by noon, but the line moves quickly and you are in and out before you know it.
Among my favorites is the borek, a crispy phyllo dough stuffed with spiced eggplant and veggies. This, along with the yogurt garlic sauce, is a tasty treat for under $5. Many of their full sized meals are on the pricey side, but you can order a side of just about anything for under $5. The stuffed grape leaves are just super!
There is seating, though it is often all used up. It’s a very clean place, and the kitchen is central to it all, so you can see how clean it is. Two thumbs up for Sultan’s Kitchen!
