Stirring experience 11/18/2008

Good: The coffee was OK. People were rude on the phone regarding pertinant info for show, but one was ok when ordering coffee.. Bad: The so-called ambience was surpassed by the much more interesting political art that they were afraid of given ther profit motive over culture. Businesses that don't take risks R cowards!. Improvements: They take themselves too seriously. Put cultural books on the rack rather than the trash they have on display.. more

you can smoke there 7/28/2005

the coffee's pretty good, and the people are cool and there always seem to be hot goth chicks there, if you're into that (which I am). They have outside tables where you can play backgammon, and you can smoke there. Also, I believe that they have wireless internet, although it doesn't feel pretentious like you would expect a place that has wifi to feel. more

Super Inexpensive coffee 7/28/2005

If you love a good coffee shop that reeks of local flavor, this place is perfect for you. It’s just so much better than going into a huge corporate coffee store and ordering something that was made with no LOVE! The people at stir-crazy are really nice and they have great iced drinks. Try it out! more

Coffee that rocks! 7/25/2005

Stir Crazy is a cuh-razy treat! All the girls who work there are super hip and hot. They have wireless internet connection but make sure to call before you go to see if it’s up and working. It’s a cheaper alternative to Starbucks. Plus, you should be supporting your local coffee-slingers instead of a massive, faceless corporation anyway. Enjoy! more
