They were the only ones who still had a black on black Escalade ESV in stock with the premium package. After some haggling, thankfully I did some research, we agreed on a reasonable price. I got a great rate thanks to my credit. I was amazed how fast I got out of there, for last time I bought a car it too close to 4 freakin hours! I have had no problems with anything, and their free VIP services on new cars is great saving a few bucks.

well I read the review for this dealer after i purchased my x terra 06 I wanted a new x terra an 07 so we dealed and at the end of it all I was walked over to their dark parking structure. you could not tell alot by that nor that all of this cars were 06's. well it continues the black suv looked like it was sitting all of last year in the sun or in a dusty place,it looked clean. but when you look closely into the paint you can tell the paint had alot debrie stuck to the paint. also the interior had alot of broken piece that the service is still trying to fix. They sold it to me with out car mats. I waited a few weeks for that. Over all you can only catch this thing after walking around being around the car for days that you start seeing a pattern of inperfections. the only car thats perfect possibly is the vehicle that has a 5000.00 mark up and is sitting in the shoow room. I have not serviced the car yet I cant wait to see how their charges are even with the service maintanace that I purchased.
Pros: they'll do anything to sell even give you a fake income if you choose to go along with that

Hey, I had the easiest car-buying experience of my life last week and we're really enjoying our new 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid thanks to Dave Erickson in the Internet Fleet Dept. at Honda of Hollywood.
Prior to our purchase, my husband and I really did our homework. We checked out Honda, Scion, Toyota, Mazda, VW, Mini, compared all thru Consumer Reports, auto magazines, online reviews; then went to many different dealerships to test drive vehicles. At Colonial Honda in Glendale we drove the Fit, the CR-V and then the Civic Hybrid. I was really surprised at how roomy the Civic was (i had always considered it a small car) but it was space-age inside and fun to drive and big enough for my family of 4.
After a few weeks of driving and comparing more vehicles, we decided to get the Civic Hybrid. Now for the best deal.
I went to PriceQuotes and entered the car i was looking for (by now we knew exactly what we wanted, including interior/exterior colors and features). They hooked me up with 4 SoCal Honda dealers who each sent me quotes. Honda of HW had the best prices, BELOW MSRP.
I called Honda of HW to see what they had in stock and Alex was very kind working with me to find a match. Bingo, they had exactly what we wanted and the price was great! NO ONE could beat their price. I confirmed with Honda of HW we wanted the car, filled out my financial info on line (really easy), and -- that was IT! No hassle, no surprise costs, no 'switcheroo' at the last minute, just exactly the price that was quoted and the car we wanted.
Dave Erickson was personable - there was no pressure. His assistant Alex was nice. I walked into that dealership having made the deal from my computer at home and just had to sign the paperwork.
The hard part had been the homework. But once we knew what we wanted, the Internet Dept. at Honda of HW made it SO EASY. I asked Dave why everyone didn't buy their cars this way? We both scratched our heads on that one. DO IT!
Pros: Get a great deal using your home computer
Cons: Don't know anything about the rest of the dealership (just Internet Sales Dept)

I recently moved from AR to CA, I thought that there was no way I would find a service department who would take care of me like my service department in AR but I was wrong. So far I have been to 3 toyota service departments and have has to leave two to return to the first because the customer service was no as good. The guys there reallly make you feel at ease about whatever problem you may have with your car and they don't look at you crazy/treat you like your an idiot (I'm a woman who knows absolutely nothing, other than how to start and where the gas goes) when you try to explain the problem that you are having.
PROS:
CONS: The long wait (I waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appt)

A friend of mine had suggested that I try this place because their prices were reasonable for service. The best part was the myriad of extras they offered in the waiting area like auto supplies and cleaners. I ended up buying an armor-all kit to keep my car looking good on the inside, and they did a small service on my car for cheap.

I recently moved to LA and I was nervous about taking my car to be serviced for the first time at a dealer I wasn't familiar with. However, this Chrysler Jeep dealer exceeded my expectations. They walked me through exactly what my car needed step-by-step and kept me completely informed about the price. Best of all I dropped my car off in the morning and they shuttled me to work despite the distance! They got the job done in one day, my car was ready to be picked up at the end of my work day, perfect! I was so pleased with how friendly and fast the service was. I really felt like they gave me personal, quality service. I will continue to use this dealer every time I need a tune-up. Highly recommended!!!!!
Pros: Friendly, personal service. Very fast, trustworthy, keep customers informed, good value.
Cons: Nothing.
