for picky eaters (like me) I love places like this! I am the irritating orderer who wants this salad but can i get it with these greens and that dressing, or this pasta, but could you switch the sauce with that one, etc. But, here, I get to pick my base (what noodle/rice, etc) and then add my toppings, chicken steak, tofu, whatever vegetables, and pick a sauce. its like cooking it yourself, only... you don't have to cook it yourself, but, you get to have exactly what you're in the mood for. I love this place because i don't have to feel like a jerk ordering, i get what i want, and i don't have to worry that irritated chefs are spitting in my food. :)
