Ihave a small business and my husband constanly ask "why dont I go somewhere else"? I figured the people know me there so i keep going but its horrific the copy center is ok.. but dont ask them about ceartain things they should know how to do, they dont know how to do it, couldnt tell you how to put penut butter and jelly on a single piece of bread in a bake shop. (I sware) and the prices of some things are always different, one price today, and if someone else tommorrw.. a different price which is slightly higer than what you paid . more

Horrible 12/24/2010

The manager there is very unprofessional. He would not honor a promotion that is set out by corporate. He will try to dissuade you and make up lies. On this one occasion, he deny the promotion. Later he kept the item for himself, i saw that he reserved the promotion item when i return to the store two hours later. Horrible!! more

Big Clean Store 9/15/2005

Although most Staples stores look the same, I base my expierences on customer service. The cashiers were quick, but not very friendly. Also, it was hard to find some help.
