Signature Bridal Salon

I had to go back 3 times for fittings in the week before my wedding. They got at least 3 separate pen marks on my ivory dress. On the day of the wedding, we pulled the dress out of the bag and there was a huge pen mark right on the front! I had shown her in the store where they had gotten pen. She said they would remove it all. They didn't. One of my bridesmaids tried to get it out but it only made the spot worse. Luckily, my aunt was able to cover it for the most part but in a few of our wedding photos you can see it. If you go here, make sure you check your dress for pen marks! more

I don't write reviews often, however my experience at Signature Bridal deserves a review! As a business owner, I have realized over the years that good customer service, knowing what your customer wants, and satisfying their wants/needs is often what puts you above the competition; Signature Bridal offers all of these things! Ashley and the consultants have been amazing about listening to what I'm looking for and helping me find the perfect dress, keeping in mind my style preferences and that my wedding is a beach wedding. They helped me find several dresses that I loved; Ashley and her consultants have been patient during my indecisiveness, and genuinely seemed to want to help me find the perfect dress for the perfect day. Signature Bridal offers a wide variety of dresses in all different styles, and I found their prices to be surprisingly affordable. I have been to several other bridal salons in Austin and they either did not have a good selection of dresses, and were rude/overpriced. What an amazing experience at Signature Bridal! more

am writing this review as the fiance of the bride. I do not know all the details of this situation as much as my fiance but I do know that my fiance has returned from 4 fittings in tears. She feels the semstresses the business employs are not at a sklll level they shoudl be at. The cuts made to the dress's front are assymetrical... I know nothing about semstress work but anyone can tell when there is assymetry across the front of the dress. Of course they offer to fix it but the ""fixes"" have only progressively worsened the overal effect each time. She unfortunately had to abandon this dress because she felt it was beyond repair and began the search again from scratch. I hurt for my fiance as she's been placed under tremendous stress by this situation. I would advise more

This salon was the last one I visited after trying every bridal place I could find in Austin. While only one other was worth remembering (The others either had too few choices or were very rude) once I walked in to Signature Bridal I was sold. Its a beautiful store, the owner, Ashley, is friendly and real, and so is the staff. While they are not afraid to give you their honest opinion, they do it in a way that helps you pick the right wedding dress for you. They don't base it on price (by trying to sell you the most expensive dress in the store) but on what you are looking for and what looks best on your body. They are upfront about the costs and can help tailor your choice to your budget. They were even able to squeeze me in on short notice on a Saturday (the busiest day to go wedding dress shopping) in order to show my parents, who were only in town for the weekend, my choices. I am now a very pleased customer, and am purchasing my wedding dress from them. The dress I am buying was not one that I even originally picked out, but based on what I was looking for and what I tried on, Ashley picked out a dress that I am now in love with! When picking a place to select your wedding dress from, you have to think about the 6-9 month process of getting your dress and alterations before your wedding. That is was solidified my decision even more. I wanted a place that made me feel comfortable and confident that things would be taken care of. And I know that my dress is in good hands! They were amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about this store!! I recommend it to every up and coming bride that i know! Pros: Amazing Service, Amazing Gowns, Great Prices! This is, by the far, the nicest, friendliest and most helpful bridal store I have ever been to. Fantastic customer service. Every single time I called (even before I made an appointment with them), they were always extremely polite, friendly, helpful and willing to look up prices/style numbers, etc. They are located in a lovely part of Austin, and have a very nice selection of designers at reasonable prices (good range of prices too). The store itself is clean, open, spacious and, in general, offers a very nice, inviting atmosphere. Even though I went on a busy Saturday morning, I was very well taken care of. Lauren is awesome! I was given a full two hours of undivided attention. I was never, in any way, pressured to like or buy a dress there. They never assumed that I should buy my dress there just because I was trying them on - only if I found one I really loved. They helped me into all the dresses (they take good care of their gowns! None of them are tattered or wrinkled or anything), offered me shoes, accessories, broaches, veils, ribbons and more to try on with my top favorites so I could see all the ways to individualize the gowns. But I was never pressured to buy any of that stuff. They were upfront and told me prices on the dresses I was interested in right away so I always felt in the loop about the gowns. I seriously have never been treated so well at a dress store and I have probably been in about 20 of them in several different states. I cannot recommend Signature Bridal highly enough. I was extremely impressed and truly felt like they listened to what I liked/didn't like without any pressure or judging and it was really nice to have someone completely devoted to helping me for as long as I needed it. Great shop, great atmosphere, great selection, and great customer service! Pros: Fantastic customer service, friendly, relaxed, helpful Cons: None. My experience was unbelievable! more

I would have thought with the location that this place would be a bit pricier but I was pleasantly surprised. The dresses were affordable and beautiful. The sales staff were very helpful as well. I found a few that will be worth going back and trying on again. Pros: great prices more
