I've been shopping at the Restoration Hardware at the Quarry for several years now, and have always received excellent service from the entire staff. The time, effort, and energy that the staff puts into serving me as a customer is exceptional, because of this, I am a customer for life. Both the product and the service is like no other in San Antonio! more

I love, love, love restoration hardware but the customer service in San Antonio is terrible. I have tried for weeks to get a replacement part for a lamp and just cannot seem to get the problem taken care of. more

Great Place for Overpriced Furniture that's made in Vietnam 9/24/2009

Shop at Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel instead. They have better customer service, appreciate your business and competent store managers. Pros: At least they are employing 7 year olds in Vietnam Cons: Too many to list. How about: waiting 8 weeks for furniture more
