After reading the great reviews on the San Pedro location and talking to Jr., I went to the new location at 13610 Nacogdoches Rd. (near O'Connor Rd.) and I am more than pleased. My '98 Chev Lumina has seen better days,it was bucking and hesitating on inclines, but I can't afford a new car. Not only are these the friendliest people but they are honest. They did the work (completer tune-up) and charged me a good reasonable price, didn't take advantage of me cause I'm old or female, didn't try to sell me on anything else. My old car feels like new again. I am so ever grateful and will never go anywhere else! -Mary L. more

I had a great experience when I took my car to be serviced at Precision Auto Masters. Literally all I did was drop it off and they took care of the rest, including calling my warranty company to see what was covered when the problem was diagnosed. It took a total of three days including an overnight order for a specific part for my car. I will continue to take my car to be serviced there and to recommend to all my friends. more

Well I had a good experience at this place. The service was quick and they fixed the problem I was having. The knocking in my engine was a strange problem for me to tackle on my own so i took it to these guys. They were actually referred to me from a friend who's opinion I trust, so I gave them a try. I would recommend getting your services done here. Reading the other reviews... I just wanted to vouch for these guys cause its easy to find individuals that complain about anything and everything under the sun. People will go out of their way to complain about anything but we don't go out of our way to tell people about when we are satisfied with a service thats been provided. Do not take your car to this shop. The owner's son, Junior is very unprofessional. All I got wasthe run around. It took them over a month to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Thank God, I had other transporation options. Save yourself a lot of time and avoid a major headache; DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Pros: I can't think of any pros.
