Perfect Image Plus

I was a victim of my own home highlighting endeavor, so I went to try and get my hair fixed. Chameleon was packed (where I've gone in the past), and I remember having seen the salon for a long while. Well... let me just say, Nin (the owner) and Rachel (my stylist) were amazing. I felt welcomed the moment I came in, and Nin walked me through all of my choices... and Rachel, who is excellent... gave me the cut and color of my dreams. I literally walked out with more confidence than I have had in a very long time, and have had endless compliments about my hair. I'm never going anywhere else, this was my best experience EVER. Pros: Stylists, price, comfort, cut, color - everything. Cons: Not much parking. more

I don't know what the last review was talking about. I was in Perfect Image for the first time the other day and found the ladies (including Nin the owner) to be both extreemly polite and professional but really knew her stuff too!!! I had a tiny bit of hair drama happening (note to self, do not color your own hair at home next time) and even though what I ended up with wasn't exactly what I had in mind when I walked in the door it turned out to be exactly what I needed to look my best, and my hair felt incredible when she was done. The shop was so pretty and clean and felt really warm and inviting. I loved the chocolate wall color and all the art they had hung up. I booked a return appointment for a couple of months from now and will also go back for the really neat stand-up tanning and a pedicure too. I didn't mind the Plaid Pantry next door its in a neighborhood for gods sake, but so close to home I was able to walk there since it was actually nice out, plus there was the bonus of downtown style without hunting and paying for parking if I'd drove. I really liked how I was treated special and no one beat up on me for screwing up my hair, quite the contrary. It was worth every cent of the 135.00 I spent and had a great time doing it too. Looking forward to the appointment in May. P.S. I thought Nin's hair was really cool. What can I say- over 150 dollars for a hair color which is fine if you are going to an upscale place, but when its in the same building as a plaid pantry? \r The owner has hideous fire engine red hair and huff and puffs her way through her work, even goes in religous issues. this woman is so full of herself that she doesnt listen to peoples requests, it wasnt just me, it was viewed w/ other patrons while i was there. the place is pretty much empty except for tanners.\r The color itself was fine, but not what I asked for. Kinda like a salon that Roseanne would run. The other stylists seemed lazy, talking on their cell phones, rolling their eyes and moving slowly like sloths. \r Also smoking cigarettes right in front of the building. Cant they going th back or something? Thats just trashy. I mean this pace would fine if they came off their high horse and charged services for what the salon is worth. The owner (her name is Nin) needs to leave her personal beliefs, attitude, and food at home. \r Pros: ? Cons: everything you think of that is annoying more
