Pearson Hyundai's staff, both showroom and service, are professional and courteous, and always greet you like you're important to to them. I'm very glad I bought my Sonata from them, and I trust them to do excellent service work and care for it as I would while it's in their hands. Pearson Hyundai, you're the best! Cheers! more

Service managers are honest, always pleasant and treat all customers with respect. Been going there for 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Won't take my car anywhere else even though they are no longer convenient to where I live or work. more

The service department does a great job, I can schedule my appts and everyone is friendly. My only problem is that when service is done and they come and get me from the waiting are, no one reviews what was done (or verifies). You go straight to the cashier and pay. It would be nice if someone came out and I had the opportunity to ask questions if needed. more

I drive about 95 miles each way just to have my oil changed, because I like Mike and George so much. They have always, in my estimation, treated me fairly and with respect. I don't feel as though I am being "had" as I have been at other dealerships. First dealership I have EVER gone back to for routine maintenance. more
