After we sat down, the 3 of us were greeted by the waiter. We ordered two drafts, but our 3rd member said she wasn't sure what she was drinking and needed a minute. The waiter replied that he didn't have a minute and walked away. We were stunned and ready to leave right there and then, but he returned promptly with our two drinks. In the meantime, we pointed out that several panhandlers had walked in through the side door, leaving the door open and it was blowing cold air and snow on us. (You would think the door would be locked, but it wasn’t and apparently this happens so regularly that the waiter knew both individuals). As a thank you for pointing out to the waiter that his customers were being harassed, the waiter immediately flipped out on us and got was very aggressive. It was so aggressive that my companions and I thought he was actually trying to provoke a physical altercation. After he walked away, several patrons from other tables who witnessed the event were asking what happened. It must have been pretty loud as they had heard it over the din of a loud sports-bar style bar with TVs. In this economy, with businesses and restaurants closing daily and with all the places to spend your money, why go some place to be treated rudely? If I could give give no stars, or 1/2 a start I would, but it won't let you. ** I will never, ever, EVER go back there.** By the way, we left and went to the Wrap Shack, good food, great beer, good prices, GREAT SERVICE.
