This place was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I listened. Unlike other dental places this place makes you feel like you matter and not just another number. People are so nice and the Dr. is great. My new home for all my dental care! more

General Dental Visit 10/27/2011

I love this clinic! - it's like a family. We've been going to Dr Rathjen for many years, and have always been very satisfied with the care we have received from everyone - Carol at the front desk, the hygenists and Dr Rathjen. I've recommended this clinic to my family and friends, and will continue to do so. more

I always have a great experience when I come to Northpointe! The last 2 times I had a new hygienist from Shelly whom I normally see and both hygienists were friendly and pleasant to have! Thank you! more

My 6 month appointment - 10/18/2011

I was referred to Northpointe Dental by a friend whose family has been patients of Dr. Rathjen for many years. I have been very pleased with my dental care. The entire staff is professional, skilled, caring and kind. Dr. Rathjen is very knowledgeable and is very particular about his work, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Northpointe Dental! more

Great experience 9/23/2011

I had 2 crowns put in and Dr. Rathjen, the hygienist, Courtney and the receptionist,Carroll made my experience a great one. They explained everything they were doing throughout the procedure and tended to all my needs, and they are very friendly people. I would highly recommend this dentist. more

Easy appointment 9/21/2011

I've been a patient of Dr. Rathjen's for a long, long time. As usual, Carol greeted me like a friend- I felt welcomed. Shelly, Courtney and Denise are all cheerful and kind. Dr. Rathjen is very friendly as well, and always asks me about my family. His work is the best. He does let me know that sometimes I close at just the wrong time, but I understand that things have to stay dry, so I try not to move! I have referred many friends to Dr. Rathjen and will continue to do so. I feel that I get the best treatment from Dr. Rathjen and his crew. more

Temporary crowns 9/20/2011

As always everything was done with my being comfortable and being informed on what to expect next. Craig has a great group of gals that work with him. They are very friendly and really do care how you feel. Craig gave me a call the night after my 2.5 hour appointment to see how I was doing. I wasn't home but got the message later. Now that's going above and beyond just being your dentist. He had said I may experience soreness but I felt great. I guess that's why we have been going to him for 30 years. more

As always, the team was professional. They got me in right on time. Denise and Shelly were personable and friendly. Doc was honest in what needed to be done. Appointments were scheduled to accomodate other things going on in my life in the near future. The office ran efficiently - even without Carol and my teeth were cleaned and polished! more

Always satisfied! 8/24/2011

My wife (Barb) and I have been seeing Craig since we were married (31 years) ago. A friend of ours referred him to us. Craig is always concerned and helps us in the decisions we make for our dental care. We've known him so long it's like having a good friend taking care of our teeth. He also has great people working for him that make you comfortable. I have to admit that going to the dentist has not been one of my favorite things to do but with this group it sure makes it easier. Keep up the great work!! more
