Soteria is seriously THE best doctors group I have ever been to.
I have been going for about 6 years since my pregnany with my first son and have been constantly impressed with their mission, dedication and proffesionalism. I have now been through 2 pregnancies and births with them and seen most of the doctors in the group and am happy with all of them.
They are a non-profit christian full-service Family Practice clinic. They pray for all patients but do not force nor require their faith. They offer resources if you would like to explore that area of your health more. They also are heavily charitable and have programs to provide for other needs of their patients including food, clothing, shelter references, visiting shut-ins and elderly and other programs.
And the proffesinalism is very high as well. The founding doctor was a head of the gynocology department at the Uof M medical school until chosing to leave to start her own clinic.

This is great for kids and adults because the kids get great care and the adults feel at ease. Each of the Doctor's at this practice is great with kids. But, what makes it such a nice place is that 95% of the time you deal with only your doctor. So this doctor knows you about your kids from day 1. They are quick to give call backs to answer questions. They are very empathetic. They have an incredible heart. The building is new and always very clean! We highly recommend them!

We have been going to this group for years and my daughter takes my grandchildren there also. Never a problem to get in for an emergency. We have seen many different Doctors and they all are very good. They also have a Sat clinic in Maple
Grove if you have an emergency. All the staff is always very friendly.

This is an excellent clinic to have as your basic family doctors. They take you through pre-natal to old age. The personnel are friendly and professional. It is very convenient to get an appointment when you want or need it. They are very good with children. One thing I don't like is that the scale for weighing you is just beyond the waiting room in the hallway. I'm not crazy about being weighed where everyone passing by could see my weight. You can request to be weighed in an alternate place. They have another scale in a back room.

I have been a patient with Park Nicollet clinics for years now. I have seen Internal med Drs to Ob/Gyn Drs. My experience has always been the same, wonderful. They are on top of things and give you 100% of their attention at all times. My kids now go to their pediatric departments and the quality is the same if not better. The staff really goes out of their way to make you comfortable.

Heidi Brandenberg makes going to the dentist bearable and almost enjoyable. Her staff are always very friendly and gentle. Dr. Brandenberg really knows her stuff and is very thorough and spends a good amount of time with her patients. She doesn't do unnecessary work and always has your best interest in mind. She is the only dentist that has been able to numb my mouth for dental work. To me she is a dental genius.

This is a great group of Dr's. The office is usually able to get you in right away for emergencies. They do have some later evening appointments and also Saturday. They can also draw blood there if you need that done which is very convenient. They also spend plenty of time with you for all of needs and concerns,

Coming from LA, I did some shopping around in Saint Paul and Minneapolis to find a quality optical shop, and discovered a lot of poor quality and even outright fraud in the local market. Among the very few good ones, Moss Optical stood out and still does. This is a fourth generation family business (1935), which says something. The current son, Kevin Moss, along with his wife, an assistant and Dr. Diamond doing the exams, do skilled work, give knowledgeable advice, are honest and fairly priced.

We had to bring our son her this last winter when he was 3 months old for Croup. Any parent can tell you what a middle of the night trip to the ER will do to you- break down! The nurses were wonderful at helping us take care of him while we waited for a very sweet doctor to come and look him over. It was not crowded at all and we were treated very well. They gave him treatment, encouraged us and sent us home. They didn't make us feel stupid for worrying but helped rest assured that he would be okay-lol. Thier bedside manor eased a scary situation and knowledgable treatment helped him mend quickly.

I started to go to PIP after many recommendations. And I can see why they get rave reviews! I never have a problem getting an appointment in a short amount of time. They have a 24 hour nurse line. If I ever call with a question, a doctor calls me back within an hour, tops. Very nice nurses, doctors, and staff. The rooms are a litte small, but that's OK.
