My son rented an apartment from you for 2 years. He left it in the same condition he rented it. Why did you charge him $400.00 for cleaning? Why won't you respond to my lawyers repeated letters asking for proof of claim? Did you rip my son off or did your cleaning crew rip you off? more

Awful people. Awful service. They make non-legally applicable threats. They don't leave your apartment in the same condition as it was when they show it to people. They've left the inside doors opened and the front door unlocked. I will absolutely never use this service again. The worst I've ever experienced and I've been living in the city for over 3 years. Please do not use them, you will regret it. The head manager chick is also terribly rude. more

I have to say that I've had an overall positive experience with New Age so far. Phone calls and emails to the leasing office and/or maintenance group have always been returned/answered promptly with a resolution swiftly arrived at. They've worked with me on both my lease extensions and continue to be 'hands on' throughout my stay at the apartment. Any fixes / updates to the apartment / house in general, have been completed in good time. When viewing the apartment 2 years ago the gentleman meant to show the flat had left prior to my arrival. However,upon calling the office after hours, I was pleasantly surprised when Dimitra confirmed she'd drive over herself ensuring my trip wasn't wasted and I'd get to see the apartments. That doesn't happen elsewhere too often does it? Most lessee -lessor relationships inevitably have sticking points but New Age have continuously worked candidly and swiftly with ensuring a postive outcome. Good stuff all around. more

I have been renting with New Age for two years now working on the third year just found another place with them. From my experience I rented the first year with New Age but it was a property that they didn’t manage it was with PMG and they were horrible you want to talk about maintenance never getting done you just rent from them. Windows would never close and I lived on the third floor so every time it rained I had a water fall in my room. The second year I rented on Spring Garden with New Age again. I moved in September 1 along with all of Drexel and there were a few bumps in the beginning but I was dealing with Demetria and she actually helped me and my roommate out. With her attitude she gets things done. This year we rented a property again through them so thankful that she is there again. Cause I know that anything goes wrong that she can help me out. She has been great to me and my roommate and also our parents. \r Overall haven’t had an issue with them and will continue to rent form them. \r more

My friend and I were looking for an apartment near Drexel. We have been to so many other local real estate companies all they all made us feel like a piece of crap. I walked in the front office at New Age it was cool they had decorated the front office with great Halloween decor (you should check that out) and they were so cool about it all. They sat down with me told me what they had available and made time to show me around and than made another appointment to show my friend and parents. The rental part was by far the best experience I had ever had. I enjoyed the experience I had so far. I will keep you posted on my journey with new age.
