I have to say that I've had an overall positive experience with New Age so far. Phone calls and emails to the leasing office and/or maintenance group have always been returned/answered promptly with a resolution swiftly arrived at. They've worked with me on both my lease extensions and continue to be 'hands on' throughout my stay at the apartment. Any fixes / updates to the apartment / house in general, have been completed in good time. When viewing the apartment 2 years ago the gentleman meant to show the flat had left prior to my arrival. However,upon calling the office after hours, I was pleasantly surprised when Dimitra confirmed she'd drive over herself ensuring my trip wasn't wasted and I'd get to see the apartments. That doesn't happen elsewhere too often does it? Most lessee -lessor relationships inevitably have sticking points but New Age have continuously worked candidly and swiftly with ensuring a postive outcome. Good stuff all around.
