AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I was a very loyal customer for the past five years, until now. I took five jeans to have a tiny holes patched up. These holes were less that a quarter of an inch. I never once complained that it took fourteen days or that they charged almost thirty dollars. I am complaining because after having a nice conversation with a blond employee and returning home, I noticed that NONE of my jeans had been fixed! NONE! I guess they just sat there for fourteen days. My guess is that if you are not having a formal dress altered, you can forget about being important. I pride myself in being a cordial person. I know that customer service isn't what it used to be in my day, but please. Everyone there must hate their job because they SLACK! The blond employee that I had a nice conversation with had the nerve to tell me to calm down when no one was yelling.
