Horrible Customer Service 9/24/2011

I walked into the Crystal Meineke this morning (9/24) and asked how much I would be charged to have the bleeder screws replaced on the rear of my pickup truck. The first words out of the gentleman's mouth were "I'm not interested". I asked what he meant by this and he asked a few more questions about the service that I needed. He then said "I don't want to get involved with that". For what seems like a simple job and in today's economy, his answer to the situation was disappointing. I told him I would NOT be coming back. He responded with "OK". Very disappointing. Please do not bring your business to this shop as I never will be again more

Joe and Scott are a rare commodity.\r After Tires Plus, Firestone, and 2 different Mazda dealers totally mis-diagnosed and charged my friend a total of $1400, I finally took the car to these guys.\r The noise we had been trying to fix for 2 years was fixed correctly for under $200.\r Since, I have returned to Crystal Meineke several times for help.\r \r Joe and Scott are the best.
