This is a nice place, stayed her last year at a conference. The rooms are typical marriot style, nothing great. However it was nice to be able just to walk along the river walk.

Very nice hotel right on the Riverwalk 8/10/2011

I have nothing to complain about. My stay was great. The room was clean and service was great. In walking distance of everything on the Riverwalk, and not to far from the Alam and Market Square. Enjoyed my time and will go back to this hotel when in San Antonio. more

Nice place to stay 7/25/2009

My friends and I checked in here after our first hotel didn't work out. The Marriott was the first hotel we saw along the Riverwalk and we decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. It is walking distance from anywhere you want to go. The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable. We opted for the valet service which made things so much easier in regards to parking when we needed to drive anywhere outside of downtown. Pros: Location, staff, ambiance Cons: N/A more

Marriott Riverwalk 2/10/2008

This hotel is beautiful and very convenient to the Riverwalk we were even pleased with our rate. However the parking there was a nightmare. We stayed there so that we would not have to leave and drive to get to the Riverwalk - however we spent all of our time trying to find a place in the parking garage. more

I was there for a wedding and checking in took way too long, as I was late to get to the bridal luncheon. The facilities were nice and very close to the Riverwalk and Alamo, which was great. However, the service on some levels was ridiculous. I called to get replacement towels and didn't get them for a very long time afterwards. Also, there was actually an evacuation in the middle of the night on a Saturday that was very poorly organized. We had to walk down the stairs from the 22nd floor without much explanation only to realize at floor 11 that it was a false alarm. The staff did not inform the guests of the hotel about this unless they called into the front desk. Luckily we had a cell phone or we'd still be trapped in that stairwell. The hotel did not apologize for waking us up at 2AM to evacuate the hotel or explain what th more

For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.
