Visited Marbella last night for the first (and last) time. Our first red flag was a wine list with twice as many red wines as white wines but only 4 meat dishes on the menu. The second red flag was the bottle of 1996 (!) California Chardonnay brought to the table. 96? Obviously, the bottled had turned. But final straw was the whole fried red snapper that was so raw it was mush and the raw scallops and shrimp served with the amber jack. The waiter (wonderful!!!) was very apologetic; indicated that ours were the last meal that the chef had prepared before leaving for the night. Perhaps he was in a hurry to get home due to weather but shouldn't have served raw food. Can't say enough nice things about our waiter!
Pros: Wait Staff, Ambience
Cons: Wine List, Raw Food, All Pictures Crooked
