Luxurious & Comfortable Environment 6/22/2010

the grand daddy of all lovers stores. there are several in the WA area. this one is the biggest, you can get lost for hours. don't fret if you get lost someone will help you find what your looking for. it's like Las Vegas for the senses. you can lose track of time looking at all the selection. I recommend it. it's comfortable & inviting and not creepy. the staff is extremely knowledgeable. help is always around. They have these fun great after hour events for the Ladies too! Little fun & learning new tricks never hurts the bedroom acrobatics. So GO for it! don't be scared... you can thank me later... ;) Pros: It has everything you need to spice up your love life Cons: nuthing but love. more

Bedroom apparel... 4/1/2010

The usual erotic supply store, plus gifts such as candles, lotions, soaps, etc. Downstairs are the porn DVDs and the kinkier stuff. Upstairs is pretty tasteful with a good selection of apparel for the boudoir - especially fun to shop for that slinky Halloween costume. more

this is a pretty neat and tasteful store. I think they carry pretty cool merchandise that is perfect for lingerie parties and/or couple parties. i little on the pricey side but ok. more

Tasteful 9/20/2005

This is a huge novelty store for lovers. They are set up in a way that anyone can shop here, including those who are a little timid in this area. They carry anything from lingerie to lotions and potions to romance enhancers of all types from the simple and innocent to the quite brazen. The main floor is the most tasteful, and they call it the boutique. They carry most of the lingerie, the bridal gifts, and the tamer items such as massage oils, candles, etc. They have a lower level that is an art gallerynot sure what thats about, but Im sure someone must or it wouldnt be there! In the last area you will find some fun novelties to spice up married life or hilarious antics for a bachelorette party! Prices can be a little high, but their quality is also good. more

For anyone needing romantic merchandise, Amour is the place to go. It's huge and very, very tasteful. If you're a bit shy, stick to the middle floor and you'll find massage oils, shoes, clothing, etc. PROS: Tasteful, Easy to Find CONS: Expensive more

  • In 1980, motherdaughter duo Phyllis Heppenstall and Kris Butt began hosting inhome parties featuring lingerie, lotions, gifts and sexual wellness items. “My foray into this industry began when I read an article about a lady who was doing home parties and I thought it would be enjoyable to do,” says Heppenstall.
    Within 14 months, the first three Lovers stores were opened and Peekay was born. “Our unique shopping experience is targeted at women and couples. Our concept is to put every customer at ease and give them a comfortable, safe place to shop,” says Heppenstall.
    In 2006, The Company rebranded its Lovers Package stores as simply Lovers. Over the years, Peekay has expanded into California with the retail brands A Touch of Romance and ConRev. Today Peekay celebrates their 30th anniversary and operates over 30 retail stores, several websites and a wholesale division.
