Mr. Lee's refusal to admit that he can make a mistake was my first sign that I would get no correction for Lone Star Cleaner's mistakes. They laundered, starched and steam ironed a silk shirt. Mr. Lee insisted that was as I had ordered. They only half-ironed but did not dry clean a pair of wool slacks. Mr. Lee insisted the wrinkles hung back in when the slacks were placed on the hanger. They had and laundered, starched and steam ironed a pair of linen slacks. Mr. Lee insisted that was as I had ordered. I asked if he was willing to do anything and he said he would dry clean the slacks and silk shirt again. And then he said he would have to charge me for the repeat service. Quite a shame. Such an absence of customer concern. more

Rude and Lost my Clothes 6/27/2011

One the man was very RUDE and Lost my clothes because he missed spelled my information. Then try to blame it on me. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well. They are horrible. Ricks Cleaners on Anderson Mills it ten time better. more

I have been using Lone Star Cleaners for two years. The people are friendly; the service is fast; the prices are reasonable; the quality of the work is good. Their work is as good as places that charge twice as much. Give them a try. more

Highly Recommended 5/22/2010

I have been using Lonestar cleaners for 10 years and there has never been a problem with any of my clothing. They have quick turnaround, competitive pricing and great work. When you drop off your clothing, they mark the items as dry cleaning OR laundry while you stand there so you can confirm. I would highly recommend them.? Pros: great service, family run business more

Ruins clothes and refuses responsibility 8/9/2006

Lone Star Cleaners laundered and starched a brand new 100% silk shirt, which was clearly labled ""dry clean only"". Not only would they refuse to accept responsibility for their obvious error, they implied that it was, somehow, my fault. I had been a good customer and had spent thousands of dollars with this company. Clearly, Lone Star Cleaners has no sense of customer loyalty or common decency. Protect your clothes and look elsewhere. more
