Lone Star Cleaners laundered and starched a brand new 100% silk shirt, which was clearly labled ""dry clean only"". Not only would they refuse to accept responsibility for their obvious error, they implied that it was, somehow, my fault. I had been a good customer and had spent thousands of dollars with this company. Clearly, Lone Star Cleaners has no sense of customer loyalty or common decency. Protect your clothes and look elsewhere.
