I've been going into Lippmans since I was a little girl, when they were off 99... I've always had fond memories of the people and the place. However, I went in on the afternoon of Saturday the 17th of November, and was VERY disappointed. One gal behind the counter, with long light brown hair, was very helpful, the second (and unfortunately, I'm assuming she was a supervisor) with short, choppy brown hair was plain RUDE. I would have never expected such ""customer service"" from Lippmans. She was short, rude, and made it clear she wasn't interested in answering any questions. She told me that we'd need to talk with the floor manager, who was out of town until the following Wednesday. The kinder gal had me fill out a form that the mgr would use to contact me. Now, 2.5 weeks later, I haven't had contact from the mgr, and I am all the more upset by this situation. All I'd like to do is buy a hat for my little brother. I understand that things go out of stock, but, I don't understand why an employee couldn't even give me a rough time-line of when I might see the hat back in stock (I explained that I understood there would be no guarantee, but was just looking to know when I might check back) moreover, I don't appreciate that she was so gruff with any of the little information that she did give me.
