Awhile back my daughter and I went a wee bit insane (ok, so the insanity started long before that!) and decided to make some extra bucks as balloon clowns.
In due dilligence, I researched the web and local outlets for balloons and balloon supplies and found that Lippman's had by far the best prices on the West coast!
Once in the store, I discovered that even as their prices were the best, so is their selection.
For shapeable balloons, they have the biggest range of sizes and colors. Their accessory supplies are also superior and manual inflating tools tend to last longer than brands I've bought elsewhere.
Additionally, Lippman's has a great range of party supplies!

This is the place if you are planning a big event such as a wedding or big outdoor party. They offer lots of things to use for the party, such as punch fountains, pillars, huge tents, food warmers like the catered style, dishes, linens--anything you could want or need. Service is very professional, courteous, and on time. They come deliver and pick up. Definitely recommendable.

Party City has everything you could possibly want for a party. They also have great holiday decorations that rotate depending on the season and Halloween costumes year round. Any kind of Party is represented, even Weddings. I particularly like how they have goody bag items that you can buy individually instead of some places that sell them in bags. The only compliant is that sometimes when I have gone they seem to be out of a lot of items. So, if you have an important party coming up, shop there early, in case you have to go back a second time.

Bob's Rentals has a large assortment of equipment both large and small to rent. Most things rent out by the hour, 4-hour or day rate. Many items can be towed to your home or they will deliver for an extra fee. Even when comparing coupon pricing from their competitors, their prices are still better. We have even rented our skis there and had great success.
