Legend Mazda Kia

I went in today knowing exactly what I wanted. I wasn't harrassed or pressured. The sales manager and sales associate were fantastic, super friendly. By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. more

I had been here twice before today. Jon had been very helpful the initial time. No pressure and very understanding. This third visit, although Jon was unavailable in the beginning I was helped by other employees. Thankfully Jon was called to assist me. I felt very comfortable in dealing with him because he had previously helped me. The expierience became less stressful for me. Jon was a great help and very helpful. Great customer service!!! My experience today was awesome. I was told at first that I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle, but the manager came and told me that he wouldn't leave until they could put me in a car....AND THEY DID!!!! They let me drive the car. They also got me around the payment that will fit my budget. I LOVE LEGEND KIA so MUCH!! THANKS YOU!!!! more

Called in to a sales Manager and told him I had bad credit. He told me to come in and fill out a credit app. I was sure I wasn't going to be approved, because I have been to other places recently and I had no money to put down. I was wrong! They had me approved and I drove away in the car the same day. I am very impressed with Legend Kia...Thanks! more

I would put ZERO STARS if it would allow me!!! We went there last Saturday Dec 17, 2011 to take advantage of their year-end sale. We were treated good and got a 2012 Soul, silver. We told them we were trading in; this was going to be our third KIA. We also told the sales woman that we were putting NO MONEY DOWN as promised by their advertisements. She (Ayanna) told us we were approved and to come back on Monday because they couldn?t get a hold of the finance company that we had on our current car. Unfortunately I was in the hospital on Monday and Tuesday. My husband contacted the finance department and told them we were unable to make it in, no problem they told us just come in Wednesday. Wednesday comes we go all the way out there for them to sit down and tell us we need ten percent down. Told them we did not have it, they took back the car and gave us back the trade in. That was fine EXCEPT they advised us to go ahead and cancel our insurance on the trade-in so we did, told us to take all our belongings so yes we took everything including the SC license plate since we had to mail it back to SC or be fined and suspended in that state. We made the mistake of asking for a one day temp tag and they got RUDE!!!! One guy even got in my face telling me to get off the property before he called the police because we didn?t want to leave in an illegal car. I told him REPEATDLEY to get out of my face and that driving without tags or insurance was not only VERY illegal we had out two toddlers? ages 2 and 5 with us. We get pulled over with no tags and no insurance we go to jail then what would happen to our children. He says ?I don?t f*cking care? EXCUSE ME???? He was nasty, up in my face, with a huge potty mouth. This is how you treat a sick disabled Navy veteran fresh out of the hospital and her family? Not only will we never go back there, I have a law suit pending for the distasteful way they spoke to me and around my children. If you want to be lied to and threatened then this is the place to go. more
