Lamb's Tire & Automotive

Well things have taken a turn for the better at this location. I have been a loyal customer of Lambs for 11 years, but in the last 2 years my service at this location has changed and not for the better. Now I have met the new manager ,it turns out I was referred to him when he worked for another company dued to his great reviews ,but being a lambs customer I stuck it out here, It is nice to have a manager that truly cares about his customers more than just making a buck, he explained what was needed,what needs to be adressed within 6months and never pressure me to buy it all today.I took the time to read this mans reviews at the other shop they were dead on as to how it carries himself and treats his customers. He stated they were very busy and it would be 2-3 hours to complete my vehicle and asked if a ride was needed, I recieved a call 2.5 hours later stating my vehicle was complete. I really enjoyed sitting in his waiting room and listening as to how he spoke to other customers and his employees, very professional, but definitly in charge of what was happening at all times. Lambs should take great pride in having Colton running this location, Now I am telling my friends that were referring me to his former employer, That I understand what they were talking about and rubbing it in that he is now part of the Lambs team.\r Keep up the great job! \r \r DR. The 290 store is an auto repair place that I can count on. After going many times for oil changes and inspections, I needed new tires and they went above and beyond to match the price and to get me the exact tires that I wanted. They didn't have them in stock, I know I am picky, but they got them to their store in less than an hour, they must have a huge distribution network. They got the job done and for a dang good price. more

Lambs is by far the only shop left that feels like service is not just a standard but a matter of pride. No pun intended! Sunday night found me with an ugly flat tire; by noon Monday, all was well, after they managed to squeeze me in over lunch. Yay for the speedy, kind and always accommodating service. more

I am very impressed with their customer service and quality of work. I just recently experineced their wide selection of tires for a fair price. I would suggest this place to friends. more

I have been here several times, this time it was to buy a battery. The next day, a warning light was on pointing toward an alternator problem. I took the car in again and it did not need a new alternator. They repaired it and it didn't cost much at all. They could have gotten me for a new alternator, and they did not. It is this kind of honesty that keeps me as a loyal Lamb's customer. more

Charged me for a full inspection when all I needed was to figure out why my car wasn't starting. I felt like I was being scammed. Pros: None that I saw Cons: Service I didn't Need more

This place is a scam!! I took it in for a regular oil change and this guy puts in synthetic oil which I never asked for. But that's no big deal because next time I'll go somewhere else and just have them put in the regular oil. Here's the scam part: for "your convenience" they do a check up on your car.
