Lackland Mobile Home Village

I lived there 3 and 4 years ago and very well may move back. Only reason I moved out was because I was helping a buddy get out of a hole he was in. Yes, there were a few things that weren't great, like the roads through it were pretty messed up. However, as far as the management and maintenance people, I couldn't ask for better. They certainly respected my privacy and never gave me a hard time about anything (except in joking around) They were spending the money to fix things like the roads and the pool area. last time I stopped by, things were looking better. The price is right, and the people were all friendly to me. I'll probably move back in a couple of months unless I find the proverbial screaming deal that I just can't refuse somewhere else. more

It is very sad that you feel so bad about your Park that you need to go on the internet and make comments about other Parks. This site is intended to give the consumer a fair and ACCURATE opinion. I am very proud of my Park and the things we are doing to improve the Park. Yes we may have some things that need to be addressed, however if you walk the Community and ask 98% of the Residents will tell you Management and Owners are fair and respect each and everyone of them. Anyone reading these comments really needs to go to Lakeside Mobile Home Park and check out Zapatoe's comment she put down for her Park. Lakeside please leave this sight for REAL Comments. I use this sight to see what and where I really need to make changes. Is not safe for you or your family. Very bad roads and park is dirty. Management are crooks and liars. Think before you move into this place. Several code violations. Sewer smell and bad water. As they say ""Don't drink the water!"" I would not let me dog put their house in this place! This gives TRAILER PARK TRASH a whole new meaning! more

Lived here a coulpe years. Low cost. Messy. Respect your privacy. Close to food. Can be confusing to get to. Overall good. more

stayed at the rv park next door and know some people who live at the park. the price for the mobile home park probably cheapest in area. roads could use some work, potholes and some homes aren't too pretty but fairly safe and cheap more
